2. What’s the price range of your laptops?

Our refurbished laptops start from ₹14,000, depending on the brand, specifications, and condition (Grade A or Grade B).

3.What other products do you sell?

In addition to laptops, we offer a curated selection of electronics and accessories, including:

  • Pen drives (₹300–₹900)

Mobile accessories (₹200–₹600), such as chargers, cables, and cases.

4. Do your laptops come with a warranty?

Yes. All laptops sold on Sargah.in come with up to 1-year warranty, giving you peace of mind after purchase. Warranty terms are clearly listed on each product page.

5. Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

Absolutely. We offer a 7-day return window on eligible products. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

6. What does “Grade A” or “Grade B” mean?
  • Grade A: Excellent condition, minimal to no visible wear.

Grade B: Good condition, may have minor cosmetic marks but fully functional.
Both grades undergo the same quality checks and offer reliable performance.

7. Are the laptops pre-installed with software?

Yes. All laptops come with a fresh installation of Windows (usually Windows 10 or 11, based on compatibility). This ensures a ready-to-use experience out of the box.

8. Can I upgrade RAM or storage?

Yes, many laptops listed on Sargah.in support RAM and SSD upgrades. If you'd like a custom configuration, feel free to contact our support team before purchasing.

9. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours, and delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. We ship across the country with tracking provided.
